For my English readers, I give you a recipe of a traditional dish in my city, Málaga. It is called GAZPACHO, and basically it is a vegetable juice, made of tomatoes, onion, garlic, green pepper, cucumber, water, and the seasoning of olive oil, vinegar and salt. The recipe is:
Ingredients:
- 3-4 tomatoes
- 1/4 onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1/2 clove of garlic
- 1 cucumber
- water
- salt
- olive oil
- vinegar
Elaboration:
- Put all the vegetables in a blender, and blen them until liquid.
- Add some water until get the thickness you are looking for.
- Add salt, olive oil and vinegar as if the juice was a salad.
- You can serve it as a sauce or as a juice
